I'm an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst with a background in planning, leading, and delivering successful projects for a variety of small, medium, and large, multi-national organisations. 

After spending 13 years working in the corporate world and a further 4 with small and medium size businesses, I made the the decision to set up my own consultancy and use my experience to help independent businesses achieve to their full potential. 

I've led a wide range of projects from office set-up and relocations, to process improvement, restructuring, software selection and roll-outs, regulatory compliance, company mergers and separations, setting up HR systems, and telephony structures, and everything in between! 

Much of my focus in recent years has been in looking at operational structure, goals, and efficiency within companies. Basically, helping companies make sure they are moving in the direction they want to be strategically, while keeping things efficient and streamlined - and as profitable as possible!

I love collaborating with entrepreneurs with great ideas and ambitious plans and helping businesses to grow and thrive.
